As for Marzell there was nothing I could find.
Reply:I don't know but I love the name

Hazel

Hazel Erin

Hazel Elise

Hazel Grace
Reply:Hazel like the color?
Reply:Hazel -- this spelling -- simply refers to the color or tree of the same name. It originates in the Old English word "h忙sel," so really no basis for the double-L spelling except to change the stress, if that is, indeed, the intent here. Hazel is properly said HAYZ-el, whereas "Hazell" would indicate an ending stress more along the lines of hay-ZELL.

There is also a similar masculine Hebrew name Hazael (said HAZ-ay-el), meaning "God sees." I doubt your "Hazell" is related, but figured it worth mentioning in case that was a typo.

Marzell is easier. ;) It's a German form of Marcellus, itself a pet form of Marcus derived from the Roman god Mars, possibly meaning simply "male." Marcel is a similar, and more familiar form, if you need a point of reference. ;)
